Troop 515 is a Scouts BSA unit based in Shallowater, Texas and is part of the Chaparral District in the South Plains Council. The Troop consists boys, 11-18 years old, who live in and around Shallowater Texas. Our charter organization is the Shallowater Lions CLub .

We meet almost every Monday from 7:30pm-8:30pm cst in the fellowship hall of The Shallowater Methodist Church located at 809 Texas Ave, see map below.  Please feel free to join us for any meeting, we would love to have you visit!

At Troop 515 we believe in a Scout-led troop. For us, this means scout-planning, suggesting, and presenting of ideas to the Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmasters, all done by the Scouts.

As of now we do not have any girls in the troop, however we will welcome any girls who would like to join.
